What you'll do

Looking for fun things to do in Adelaide? Create your own flower crown to wear for every special occasion!

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to make a flower crown using fresh and/or dried flowers.

We source the freshest seasonal locally grown flowers wherever possible and give you the best techniques to create your own crown to wear. Our workshops run from one and half to two hours (three hours can also be arranged).

We are fully mobile and happily travel to your chosen location be it someone’s home, workplace, café/winery and the list goes on. We are based in Adelaide and mainly service in Willunga and surrounding areas. Regional South Australian workshop are possible at an extra travel fee.

Drawing on years of experience teaching yoga, Bel the creator of Earthy Botanica creates an experience that is not only fun but also with a relaxed vibe.

Knowledge required

No prior skills required, perfect for beginners.

What you'll get

One and half to two hours flower crown workshop (plus floristry skills to use in the future). This includes a flower crown demonstration and hands-on instructions.
All materials; fresh and dried flowers plus the ribbon to tie the crown together. If you select dried/preserved flowers then you’ll have a piece that you can wear, and have as a keep sake/decoration.
A beautiful flower crown to create, wear and take home. Dried/preserved flower crowns can also be used to decorate your home.

What to bring

We supply everything to create the flower crown. You supply the table and seating for attendees. Trestle tables can be arranged at an extra cost. We also want to help you achieve the coolest look for your occasion so chat to us about helping to style your event.

Suitable for

This class is great for individuals and couples as well as for a birthday or hens party.

Suitable for adults, and kids (minimum 10 years old).

An adult must accompany any attending kids. The adult may observe at the class for free.

This would also be a lovely gift for her, gift for mum, anniversary gift or birthday gift.

Three years ago, I took a leap of faith and ventured into a new chapter of my life, one where I could nurture my lifelong passion for gardening.

I immersed myself in the world of food forest designs and my love for flowers flourished. I became mesmerised by the symbolism of flowers and the impact they have on human emotions.

This incredible journey has allowed me to grow as an artist and define my signature style, Earthy Botanica. This style continues to evolve and is characterised by my love for natural and organic designs. I am passionate about growing flowers and creating unique and beautiful floral designs. I also LOVE teaching, I draw on my years of teaching yoga prior to creating this business.

I believe everyone should have the opportunity to experience the beauty and joy that flowers bring. I work closely with my clients to create stunning floral designs that fit within their budget, making it possible for everyone to enjoy the beauty of flowers.
