Learn to make fresh egg pasta from scratch in this hands-on, chef-led masterclass.
This class is focused on understanding how pasta dough behaves—not just following a recipe. You’ll learn how to mix, knead, rest, and roll your dough so you can actually recognise what it needs at each stage.
We’ll work through shaping by hand and by knife, and you’ll learn how one sheet of fresh pasta can be transformed into multiple different cuts and styles, including tagliatelle, fettuccine, pappardelle, farfalle, and lasagna sheets.
Along the way, we’ll troubleshoot common issues like sticky dough, tearing, elasticity, and overworking the dough, so you understand how to fix problems in real time rather than just follow instructions.
This is a practical, hands-on class where you’ll be working with the dough throughout, building confidence through repetition and touch. By the end, you’ll understand not just how to make pasta—but how to read it.
