Hi, I’m Simone Agostino, a cookbook author and passionate pasta maker from Perth with an Italian heritage.

I believe that food is more than just ingredients... it’s a way to connect, share, and create memories together! In my hands-on workshops, I guide you through the art of fresh pasta, teaching you to craft beautiful, delicious dishes from scratch while exploring creative flavours and techniques.

My classes are interactive, fun, and perfect for individuals or team-building experiences, leaving you with new skills, insider tips from my cookbooks, and the joy of connecting over great food. They are designed for anyone who wants to cook with confidence - and enjoy every delicious moment.

Please note: for events of a group size larger than 8 people will need to be held in an external venue with additional hire costs associated.
