Fused Glass Workshop: Ocean Wave Seascape

Learn the art of glass fusing in a fun and relaxing workshop in Adelaide where you'll create your very own crashing wave seascape. This class is perfect for those who love the ocean and all things sea-related.

Spend a few hours with Joy in her purpose-built home studio in Belair and have some fun creating this beautiful ocean-inspired piece in a calm and relaxing environment.

During the 1-2 hour workshop, you will have the chance to create your own unique glass wave.
The design possibilities are endless, allowing you to let your imagination run wild.

We will have a vast selection of coloured glass pieces, frits and powders for you to adorn your glass, creating the most beautiful piece of marine inspired glass art.

My workshops are suitable for total beginners - both adults and children, so no previous glass experience is required. Try your hand at glass cutting and indulge in a few hours of creativity.

At the end of the class, your piece will be kiln-fired and then finally displayed in a white shadow box frame. You are also welcome to choose a few words, and we will write them on the frame mount for you.

Cost is:

• $150 per person for a 25cm x 25cm shadow box in frame containing a Fused Glass Wave measuring 12cm x 12cm
• $250 for a larger 36cm x 28cm shadow box frame containing a Fused Glass Wave measuring 20cm x 15cm

Note: We run our workshops on weekends but we are flexible, if you have another preferred day/date in mind please email us on this platform so we can make your chosen date available.

Please wear closed, covered shoes. Protective eyewear and all other safety gear will be provided if needed.
