What you'll do
Beginners Embroidery classes are organised by the Embroiderers Guild of WA, for interested people who would like to learn how to create beautiful pieces with their hands.Come and join in the creative fun with us - all are welcome.Our classes run from February to November each year, watch this space for new teaching workshops, especially for beginners in 2026. Four workshops will be organised with different designs and stitches.Spend two afternoons at this fantastic embroidery course in Perth! Perfect for complete beginners, you will be guided by experienced tutors on how to create and embroider small designs.Each workshop is for two Sunday afternoons, one month apart, giving you time to work on the stitching between classes. The class covers some great starter stitches and includes everything you'll need to complete and construct the project. The first class for the new project in 2026 is Sunday 8th March 2026, the second workshop is on Sunday 12th April at 1.30pm - 4.00pm.Embroidery is a relaxing pastime and spending an hour or two enjoying the process has been shown to reduce the stresses of modern life! A brilliant workshop to share with friends.Come and join in the fun and create a piece of embroidery to be proud of!
