Hello, I’m Rebecca, the founder and facilitator of Introspective Hypnotherapy, a heart-centred practice in the Yarra Valley that weaves together the gentle power of hypnotherapy and sound healing to support emotional well-being, self-discovery, and deep inner harmony.My journey into this work began through my own healing and curiosity about the mind-body connection. After experiencing first-hand how profoundly hypnosis and vibrational sound can release old patterns, calm the nervous system, and reconnect us with our inner wisdom, I knew I wanted to dedicate my life to helping others experience that same sense of peace and transformation.As a certified Introspective Hypnosis practitioner, I’ve trained with renowned teachers Alba Weinman and Antonio Sangio, whose methods combine modern hypnotherapy with spiritual regression and soul-centred healing. I’ve since guided hundreds of clients through life-changing sessions, both privately and in group settings, and now share this work through sound bath experiences, workshops, and retreats designed to help people find stillness, clarity, and renewal.I love teaching because it allows me to witness those moments of genuine calm and insight when someone reconnects with themselves, when their shoulders drop, their breath softens, and they remember that peace was always within them. That quiet changes are where the magic happens.Beyond my hypnotherapy practice, I’m also a sound therapist, workshop facilitator, and creator of the Inner-Harmony Self-Care Medicine Cards, a mindful affirmation deck inspired by my sessions and students.
