  • 4/5 from Erica McIlwaine, attended Nov 2025: Unfortunately we received a reminder on Friday, that reminder should have been sent this morning, because with our busy lives we had completely forgotten about the even class. We were so disappointed to have missed it. We were absolutely looking forward to the experience. If only we we had a credit to use towards another class. My husband and I had purchased it as a gift to each other.
  • 5/5 from Mariella Smith, attended Sep 2025: This class was lot's of fun. Dan the chef showed us handy techniques on how to make ravioli and tortellini from scratch. Recipes were delicious. An enjoyable evening. Top chef.

  • 4/5 from Amy Douglas, attended Sep 2025: The chef was lovely and competent and fun. The evening was well paced and fun. Everything was enjoyable. My only request for improvement would be for the chef/facilitator to please emphasise hygiene rules at the beginning as I was next to two people who were eating the food raw, touching their faces, licking their fingers and then touching the communal food without washing their hands. One piped ravioli mix into her mouth from the piping bag. It really put me off my food.
  • 5/5 from Louise Bailey/kim Dellacqua, attended Aug 2025: Our chef Dan was fabulous, very entertaining and knowledgable. It was a fun experience and also we got to eat what we made. It was easy and yummy. I look forward to doing another one sometime. the process was easy.
  • 4/5 from Kent Swick, attended Aug 2025: Very enjoyable class and learnt to make pasta well. The sauces and fillings are probably not the hero as that is to your taste later. The key was we made pasta from scratch and the kneading and folding was really important. Chef Dan had a great personality and made it fun and informative.
