Meet Alison — Mindfulness Teacher, Sleep Expert & Cancer Survivor
Welcome — I’m Alison Hutchens, and I’m here to help you slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself in a world that often moves too fast.
As a sleep expert, meditation teacher, mindfulness facilitator and cancer survivor, I bring a gentle, compassionate approach to everything I teach. My own journey through stress, recovery and rebuilding a peaceful inner world has taught me how important it is to create moments of calm — and to truly care for ourselves.
For more than a decade, I’ve guided people of all ages through mindfulness, meditation, sleep rituals, emotional wellbeing practices and nervous-system calming techniques. My workshops are warm, nurturing and beautifully accessible — whether you're completely new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice.
Many people know me for my soothing voice and calming presence, which have been featured on Qantas in-flight entertainment, Insight Timer and RoundGlass. Thousands listen to my meditations to unwind, sleep better and find a sense of inner steadiness.
