With the session being on-to-one it was a valuable session. As I had previously completed some courses on sleep, Alison was really good at changing the presentation by skipping sections that I had already learnt. She welcomed questions which allowed for some very good discussions on new areas that I had not heard of previously.

As part of a blog piece we're writing for International Day of Yoga, we organised a team laughing yoga event. Probably one of the most fun team building activities I've done and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves! Such a great way to have a laugh, stay positive and for everyone to relax and not take themselves too seriously. Would highly recommend for everyone wanting to do something a bit different. We would look into doing this again for a bigger team event as we loved our session with Alison.

The sleep workshop was great and I had great feedback from our carers about it.
Alison was very good at explaining things about sleep and had a great voice for doing the body relaxation at the end.
