In this one-hour live streaming class, Alison Hutchens will introduce you to mindfulness meditation.

During the beginner-friendly class, you will learn:

  • Strategies to enhance creativity and improve decision making
  • Ways to reduce mental and emotional stress
  • How to improve sleep patterns
  • How to develop self-awareness

Along with the mindfulness meditation live online class, you will also receive a FREE Mindfulness tips ebook. At the end of the class, you will feel equipped to bring more mindfulness into your life and improve your overall wellbeing!

I am an accredited Mindfulness Facilitator specialising in corporate programs. I am a registered Mindfulness Facilitator with the Australian and International Meditation Teachers Associations, a Genos Emotional Intelligence Assessor and Coach, NLP Practitioner,Mental Health First Aid Trainer and a Registered Sleep Coach.

I also teach community mindfulness programs for adults and children. My own children’s “Zen Warrior” Mindfulness Program is featured on Qantas in-flight entertainment via Kinderling Kid's radio.
