Looking for virtual team building activities? Or a fun mindful activity to add to your list of things to do at home? Try a laugher yoga class at home!
Laughter yoga classes are designed for everyone and they are a fabulous virtual team-building workshop (designed for teams with a minimum of 10 people required).
A typical one-hour laughter yoga class will include a combination of the following exercises:
  • Gentle breathing and stretching.
  • Playful laughter exercises that reduce inhibitions and shyness and convert simulated laughter into natural, spontaneous laughter.
  • Clapping exercises.
  • Deep breathing exercises that help participants regain breath after hearty laughter.
This class usually includes 45 minutes of laughter followed by 15 minutes of relaxation (Yoga Nidra iRest).
A minimum of 8-10 people are required to run this class
This is a great class suitable for kids birthday party ideas and corporate bookings. Custom bookings can also be arranged at the venue of your choice. A fee for travel will be required for in person classes at your chosen venue.

No skills or experience required.
