A fee for travel will be required for in-person classes at your chosen venue. There is a minimum of 10 attendees required for this class to proceed. We also offer classes under the Harbour Bridge in Kirribilli.

As a sleep expert, meditation teacher, mindfulness facilitator and cancer survivor, I bring a gentle, compassionate approach to everything I teach. My workshops are warm, nurturing and beautifully accessible — whether you're completely new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice.
