Based on the ancient teachings of meditation, iRest is an evidence-based transformative practice that leads to psychological, physical and spiritual healing while improving your wellbeing.

In this live streaming class, you will explore this practice under the guidance of Alison Hutchens. No experience is required and this practice is open to all.

I am an accredited Mindfulness Facilitator specialising in corporate programs. I am a registered Mindfulness Facilitator with the Australian and International Meditation Teachers Associations, a Genos Emotional Intelligence Assessor and Coach, NLP Practitioner,Mental Health First Aid Trainer and a Registered Sleep Coach.

I also teach community mindfulness programs for adults and children. My own children’s “Zen Warrior” Mindfulness Program is featured on Qantas in-flight entertainment via Kinderling Kid's radio.
