At the start of the workshop, your host and barbecue master will explain the rundown of the class while you enjoy a complimentary beer and nibbles, before you all dive into the various rubs, salts and marinating techniques required for you to get the most out of your meat.
As a group, you’ll construct the first course before learning how to make sides and salads that perfectly compliment the meat you’ve been cooking.Â
