How can we help?
Q: When will my kit arrive?
All kits will be sent in the first week of each month, with a workshops scheduled in the last week of the month.
Q: What if I can't attend the workshop ?
If you cannot attend either of the 2 dates provided (one will be a weekend event and one will be a weekday night event), you can receive a video of instructions to use at any time.
Q: What workshops kits will be sent ?
A different surprise kit will be sent monthly, ranging from candles, diy skincare, terrariums, bath products, tea blending, jewelry making, chocolate making, cookie decorating, perfume making, etc. You will receive a totally different kit each month ongoing.
Q: What if I dont want to recive the kits anymore ?
You can simply cancel your subscription through ClassBento at anytime.
Q: What if I have an idea for a great kit ?
Definitely let me know; during the workshop we will have an opportunity to chat and get to know one another. Suggestions are always welcome.
Q: When it is a seasonal holiday, will the kit match that ?
Yes, at Xmas we will make Xmas gifts, and at Easter make chocolates or themed candles etc.
Q: If i want to gift one of my kits and workshop can I ?
Yes, you can just simply pass the kit and workshop details on and then they are welcome to join the workshop in your place, e.g., if you're on holidays, etc.
Q: Will I receive a workbook ?
Yes, the majority of workshops do have an instructional workbook
Q: What's the cancellation policy?
A: No cancellations, but free to reschedule up until 3 days before the event
Q: How long does the class run for, and what's the price?
