My love for cooking blossomed during my childhood, spending countless hours with my grandma in her kitchen, soaking in the rich recipes that we cherished together.
Tortilla de Patata, or Potato Omelette, holds a special place in my heart, especially recalling the mesmerizing moments watching my mom skillfully flip the pan, turning it into a work of art. Despite my academic pursuit in business management, my true passion lies in the culinary arts. Over the years, I've taken numerous cooking courses to hone my skills and share the flavors of my heritage.
Beyond the kitchen, I am characterized by my empathy, talkativeness, friendliness, and a profound passion for connecting with people and exploring diverse cultures. Having visited 37 countries, I find joy in meeting new faces, indulging in global cuisines, and embracing varied traditions.

We had an absolute blast during this class! Natalia created a wonderfully fun and warm environment from the minute we arrived. She put so much care into the session and it was clear that she has a strong love and passion for sharing her culture and food.
I would definitely recommend this session to anyone who enjoys learning about Spanish cuisine, exhanging travel stories while sipping sangria, and celebrating each other's successful Spanish tortilla flips!

We had such a fun class with Natalia. She has lovely presence and explains culture and food so well and it was much less daunting learning how to make the famous Spanish tortilla under her guidance. It was a relaxed and fun day and would definitely recommend to anyone with an interest in learning about Spanish food culture.

We celebrated my partner's 30th birthday with a special private cooking class at our friends home, and it was an unforgettable experience. Natalia and Miguel, our amazing teachers, made the occasion truly memorable with their easy-going nature, excellent communication skills, and impeccable organization. They provided everything we needed, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable process from start to finish. Together, we learned the art of making delicious Sangria, tapas, and Tortillas españolas, adding a delightful culinary touch to the celebration. It was an experience we will cherish forever.
