Tortilla de Patata, or Potato Omelette, holds a special place in my heart, especially recalling the mesmerizing moments watching my mom skillfully flip the pan, turning it into a work of art. Despite my academic pursuit in business management, my true passion lies in the culinary arts. Over the years, I've taken numerous cooking courses to hone my skills and share the flavors of my heritage.
