What you'll do
Intermediate Level
Learn to shoot cityscapes at night, in this fun and relaxed class.
You'll learn to get off auto mode and and learn to shoot in manual mode, improve your composition skills, and find the best ISO, aperture & shutter speeds for various conditions.
You'll get challenges to put what you've learned into practice, and get individual photo critiques to help hone your skills.
Take stunning shots of some of Perth's beautiful cityscape.
This class will proceed regardless of weather, as there are sheltered areas available.
Your teacher will be Carlos, who is an award winning photographer with a passion for capturing stunning natural and urban Australian landscapes. Since 2016, Andrew has been working as a freelance professional photographer in Perth and was named as a finalist in the Emerging Photographer of the Year category for his landscape and travel work at the 2018 AIPP Western Australian Professional Photography Awards.
Having worked for several years in the heart of the Perth CBD, Andrew loves showcasing the ever-changing architectural face of the city. It's also the perfect jumping off point for various landscape friendly locations on the Swan River and Andrew would be happy to share his tips to make the most of your next Western Australian photographic adventure.
