Everything about this class was excellent: preparation and presentation of all types of pickles, enjoyed with descriptions of each and to make our own pickles with incredible range of fresh vegetables. Presenter happy to answer all questions and was helpful with extensive knowledge and experience to provide lots of interesting cooking tips as well.
