My name is Leah. I’m the owner and creator behind This Lush Corner an online fibre store and now a learning space to help you dive into a new craft.
I’m an accredited teacher through the Australian Crochet Guild and bring my lifelong experience in crochet and fibre crafts. I am a lover of not only crochet, but knitting, machine knitting, basket weaving and Pine needle basketry crafts.

I choose slow fashion, mending and repurposing rather than disposal, it’s about quality over quantity. There's something special about the process of creating or repairing something by hand—it's a mindful activity that allows us to slow down and appreciate the craftsmanship involved.
It's a way to preserve traditional crafts and pass on knowledge from one generation to the next.

If you are ready to try your hand at a new skill, then let’s jump in and discover the joy of making together!
