Time to make your own, fresh, healthy and tasty homemade sausages in this cooking workshop in Perth!

In this workshop, which is perfect for beginners, you will learn mincing, stuffing and twisting sausages, practising techniques to cook your own freshly made sausages properly.

On the menu:

  • English bangers/Chipolata sausages - pan-fried
  • Boerevores Sausages - grilled and baked
  • Fresh Spanish chorizo

At our newly designed hands-on culinary workshop, all participants will team-up to pairs following the same recipes guided by our chef to cook selected dishes while enjoying the delicious tastings of your own making!

At the end of the workshop, you'll get to enjoy the homemade sausages you've made. We are fully BYO and do provide glassware if needed (for large groups we ask that you bring an Esky as fridge space is limited).

What to bring
You don't need to bring anything. We supply everything you need, including your ingredients, aprons and recipes.

Please wear flat, enclosed shoes and we recommend comfortable clothes.
 
Suitable for

This class is a great indoor activity idea for individuals and couples as well as for a birthday, hens party, team building activity, corporate event, bucks party or Christmas party.

This is a fun indoor activity, suitable for adults, and kids (minimum 14 years old). An adult must accompany any attending kids, and must pay for a separate ticket.

This would also be a unique gift for her or gift for mum.

When you join one of our cooking classes, you join a small team and everyone focuses on making a different dish under the guidance of the instructor. After preparing your dish and learning some new recipes, we all sit down to share the food in a massive feast!

Our three-hour cooking classes in Perth have you cooking for two hours in our open-plan kitchen and we keep our groups small so you get plenty of one-on-one time with the instructor to ask questions, learn tips and tricks, and of course meet new people! We also cater for groups with our Corporate and Private Events – just ask! Our experienced instructors ensure you have a fun time in your food class, regardless of your age or skill level.

Sunny was very enthusiastic and explained everything thoroughly and didn't hesitate to answer the many questions we asked. He was limited by faulty equipment which wasn't his fault but extended the timing of the class to nearly an extra hour. What was very good was that there were no recipes provided on the night, so you could actually concentrate on what Sunny was doing and learn and practice rather than staring at a recipe and making notes. It was also good that the ingredients were pre-measured so you didn't waste time doing this.

An enjoyable experience with an enthusiastic group and a talented and fun leader. Sunny is a well credentialed chef and a good communicator who was put under the pump because the mincing/stuffing machine was not working properly. (certainly not his fault as the cooking school has been waiting months for a vital spare part from China). This severely impacted course timing but Sunny soldiered on and was able to deliver the whole program, albeit it with a late finish. The kitchen is very well equipped, well located with plenty of free parking.

Sunny was very positive and enthusiastic. He obviously knows what he is doing. The venue was good. Unfortunately the sausage making machine had problems and was very, very slow filling the sausages. This became a chore and delayed the class. The advertised finish was 8pm but we did not finish until 8.45pm.
