We’re lucky to have some of the best seafood in the world right here in South Australia—fresh, sweet, and surprisingly simple to cook.
In this class, you’ll learn how to prepare three delicious seafood dishes using local, seasonal produce. Think cured kingfish, grilled prawns, and baked barramundi—simple enough for weeknights, impressive enough for guests.
We’ll also share practical tips on what to look for when buying seafood, where to get the good stuff, and how to handle it with confidence at home.
Whether you’re a seafood lover or a little nervous around the pan, this class will show you just how easy (and delicious) it can be.
