Hideko was absolutely lovely and a wonderful teacher. She was friendly, patient and a great host. The class was fun and well paced with regular breaks. Hideko provided snacks and drinks.

The hanging that we were taught was perfect and provided a good base to learn all of the beginner level knots. The end product was beautiful and I have already hung it in my home.

I had a great time and I would absolutely recommend Hideko and her class.

The staff were lovely and the space was nice. The teacher was clearly knowledgeable but there was no structure to the class which resulted in it running over almost an hour. The second half of the class felt really rushed and I didn't have the time to do the task to the standard I would have liked. There was no air conditioning through the afternoon and I got really hot and uncomfortable - particularly because we had to wear our masks as per covid restrictions. I also felt like there should have been some refreshments or snacks given that it was a five hour class. I hadn't anticipated having to purchase the material on top of the class price - it made it quite expensive. I enjoyed the experience but I wouldn't do it again.
