Val's class was fun. The materials arrived well packaged, including two plants, and everything needed to make two different kokodamas. The instruction and pace were good.

Dillon was a polite, friendly and patient teacher. The dish we made wasn't ramen as we expected, but a different type of Chinese inspired soup with a Japanese twist (Dan dan noodles?)

Tanya's class was well organised and delivered - from the great box of spices through to the live class. Learnt so much, the dishes were restaurant quality if not better and more authentic, and the amount of food we cooked was generous. Fed 6 of us. Thanks Tanya!
