My 14 year old son and I had a fantastic time making our sushi platters with Andrew. My son had done a bit of woodwork at school but I had no prior experience. Andrew is a great teacher and explained things very clearly. The lesson was very well planned and involved a number of different techniques and tools. We highly recommend this course for anyone interested in doing some woodwork.

It was a fun morning with authentic tasting food. The best part is the small personal class. It could have been better if there was more hands on cooking. It felt more that we were assisting in a cooking demonstration. Hideo is very knowledgeable and it is a good overall Japanese cultural experience too! We thoroughly enjoyed this class and highly recommend it.
