I was a complete beginner and I felt very unconfident but Liz was so helpful. She put me at ease and made a few suggestions to get me started as well as giving me a one on one tutorial on how to use the drying equipment. She was also gave the confident people space to create. I now have a cheese board I can be proud of-thanks Liz

I am not very fit so was worried about walking around town - but the instructor kept a really gentle pace so the couple of older ladies and I had no problems keeping up. In addition my phone is an Iphone 7+ that was bought nearly 10 years ago but the instructor still showed me how to get the best out of my camera - actually they looked professional - I'm the family photographer now!
