This workshop was a birthday present for a dear friend, and I accompanied her. Jess is a wonderful teacher, clear, concise, and in firm control of the how, why, when, and what else we should know of making a daikon pickle and a jar of miso. I am neuro-divergent and often lag a bit in workshops, but not this one. And there was no pressure, either. I felt no anxiety, just wonderfully supported by Jess's presence, her generous spirit and attention to detail. I highly recommend this class and am looking forward to attending something with Jess in future. Great value for money. I love the venue too.

Leanna was fantastic. She ran the class well, explained everything clearly, took care of us and made everything flow. Three hours very spent. I am thrilled with the results and would definitely do another workshop with Leanna.
