Megan is a natural teacher. She made my mother and I feel very welcome and at ease. Her hands on teaching is supported with "take home" information and equipment to help support our future adventures when making sourdough bread. Megan was easy to understand, encouraged and answered all questions. The workshop was designed with the beginner in mind, which was greatly appreciated. It was evident how passionate Megan is about sourdough. Thanks Megan, hoping to come back for further workshops.
