Hannah was very patient and explained everything really well. We were first timers and she made it a valuable experience for us for letting us be creative and gently supporting us work on the wheel.

Loved how Shannan was involved in explaining everything to my son - not treating him as if he was a child, rather an individual. She answered all his curious questions with patience and explained how things worked efficiently and professionally. She involved him to make his choices, got him thinking, gave him enough space to be creative and subtly guided him to create his masterpiece.
She was friendly and made us really comfortable and welcome. We will definitely be going back and would highly recommend her to anyone.
