Really enjoyed the day with Yoke learning the finer points of Artisan Sourdough. Yoke has extensive knowledge and experience and was very open with the ‘do not’ and ‘you dont need’ cutting through the pretentious hype around the Sourdough art. I am an absolute beginner but still was able to keep up. Yoke provided a ‘take away bag’ with a mix of ancient grain flours, a banneton of our choice, and starter so we left the class well armed to continue our learning. We also left with the dough we had made ready for the long rise and baking. I made the golden linseed 1kg loaf and I was very proud of the result when I finished it the next day. My husband said ‘wow!’ And then ‘yummm’ when he tasted it. Thank you Yoke.
