I’ve done a few of these workshops and learn something new every time, as well as building on previous skills. Safe, welcoming environment and whilst self-defence for women is a serious topic - we always manage to have a few laughs during the session as well! Great space, relaxed atmosphere, great instructors and great value for money. Can’t wait for the next one!
