Welcome to Shirley Wu Jewellery Studio, a warm and inspiring creative space in the heart of Adelaide CBD, designed for hands on workshops, small group classes, and creative gatherings (max 20 people). Filled with natural light and thoughtfully set up with flexible tables and seating, the studio offers a welcoming environment where people can learn, create, and connect. Originally designed as a jewellery making studio, the space is also well suited to a range of creative workshops including art, craft, illustration, floristry, wellness, and other small group experiences. Conveniently located within walking distance of public transport, cafés, and parking, the studio includes bathroom facilities for guests and is located on the first floor with access via stairs. Combining the warmth of an independent artist's studio with a professional workshop setting, it's an inviting space where both hosts and participants can feel comfortable, inspired, and at home.

Shirley Wu is an award-winning artist based in Adelaide, specialising in jewellery, glass art, and commissioned pieces. She has years of experience working with metal and glass, and has been leading jewellery workshops for three years, helping participants of all skill levels create unique, meaningful pieces.
Shirley’s workshops are fun, hands-on, and beginner-friendly with clear instructions, designed to help participants bring their ideas to life through silver-clay and contemporary jewellery-making techniques. Whether you’re looking to learn a new skill, create a one-of-a-kind jewellery piece, or explore the artistry of metal and glass, Shirley provides a supportive and engaging space for creative expression.
Shirley’s artistic practice explores transmigratory experiences, holistic healing, and meditative processes. Shirley holds a Master of Design (Contemporary Art) from the University of South Australia and a Bachelor of Arts in Jewellery & Accessories from Middlesex University, England. She is the recipient of numerous prestigious awards, including the Adelaide Fringe Best Workshop & Talk Award (2025), Pilchuck Glass School Scholarship (2024), and Brighton Jetty Emerging Artist Award (2022).
