  • 4/5 from Nick Hunter, attended Dec 2024: Great course thanks!! The only thing I would do different would be to cover the dishes as there were a couple of flys in the kitchen and label the benches with the name of the dish that’s getting prepared on it, thanks Nick
  • 5/5 from Audrey Belotte, attended Nov 2024: Very Creative and delicious. Many dishes with amazing combinations and you not only get to cook them but the best part.........eat them. Even a wonderful churro dessert with chocilate sauce. Not just any old chocolate sauce but hints of orange and zippy spice. so good! The class is well organized and the "chefs" so pleasant and nice to be around. nice mix of people. this was a great evening out!!!
  • 5/5 from Whare Turuwhenua, attended Nov 2024: Kym was a wonderful knowledgeable and attentive Chef. She encouraged is to be positive with interacting with each other and endeavour to rotate throughout so as to get a appreciation of each stage of preparation. As it was my second visit after the first presentation with Mark whom I failed to give him the same credit for his positive presentation, again encouraging us as students to get involved which made it alot mo6easier to gain some renewed confidence as I had loss a desire to break free from my hermit lifestyle.
  • 5/5 from Karen Carriero, attended Oct 2024: The guidance and coaching from Chef Kim was fantastic! So many Tapas dishes to learn and to enjoy.
  • 5/5 from Christine Kerr, attended Sep 2024: Went along to the Spanish Tapas cooking course on a wet Wednesday evening. From the start Riki was very welcoming. We were all assigned a station to make up one dish each but Riki talked up through all the dishes. Had great fun and a most enjoyable night. At the end of the evening we all sat down to eat the food and every dish was yummy. Think we all learned techniques and tricks of the trade from Riki and would certainly like to return for another class.

  • 4/5 from Max Rockliff, attended Mar 2024: Perhaps a bit hurried in the description/recipes for each dish but that was likely due to tie presure All in all an entertaining a satisfying evening. Great people l, great food.
  • 5/5 from Tanya King, attended Feb 2024: Date night with hubby. It was a fantastic casual cooking class with a lovely teacher. He made all the instructions nice and clear and we had a lot of fun. The food was all fantastic and only 14 in a class made it easy to learn a lot. An excellent experience.
  • 4/5 from Melanie Longland, attended Feb 2024: Chef Dan was awesome there was instructions and also space to learn and create. My only suggestions in that smaller class numbers would give everyone a chance to do two or more dishes
  • 5/5 from Anthony Scibilia, attended Jan 2024: Teacher having to juggle so many parts was pretty good and was very good with giving instructions and history of the food
  • 3/5 from Anonymised ClassBento customer, attended Oct 2023: Unfortunately I didn’t manage to learn much as each of us were tasked to do different recipes at separate stations and everything was happening at the same time. There were 14 students to 1 teacher, making 8 dishes in 2.5 hours so perhaps it’s better to have a smaller group so all of us can learn about each process properly. However the food were tasty and delicious, especially the stuffed mushrooms and croquettes. Chef Riki was friendly and very helpful. Thank you for the experience.
  • 5/5 from Peter O'Loughlin, attended Aug 2023: Dan was a fantastic trainer. Went from group to group explaining things very well. The group was engaged all night and the food was awesome. Looking forward to Indian in a couple of weeks. Great night.
  • 5/5 from Natalie Lincolne, attended Apr 2023: We had a great time I. This class. Our chef/instructor was very organised and had all of us chopping, prepping and cooking the dishes in a way that gave us mastery over one recipe but also with the knowledge of the intracies of them all. Thanks for a great evening!
