This isn't your average trust-fall team day. Ace Assembly sessions are expertly facilitated outdoor activities that utilise disc golf as a strategic tool for revealing how your team operates under pressure and how they can operate even better.
In more than 4 hours, we lead teams through an energetic series of exercises that bring blind spots in communication, trust, leadership, and flexibility to light. Each activity is intentional. Each observation has a solution. It's fun, but it's not filler.
As a startup team, corporate leadership team, or business unit looking to function at a higher level, this session gives your people the space and structure to develop as a team.

Hi, I’m Jake—founder of Ace Assembly.
I design and run premium outdoor team-building experiences that help teams get aligned, communicate better, and perform under pressure, without resorting to cliché workshops or corporate fluff.
