Suzy Spindoll is a hula hoop teacher, qualified personal trainer, performer and community arts worker and runs hula hoop classes and workshops for kids and adults in the greater Blue Mountains area.

She has a Working With Children Clearance, Public Liability Insurance and Current First Aid in an Education Setting.

She first took on circus as an interesting and fun way to keep fit and stayed with it because of the continuing mental, physical and creative challenges. She loves working with kids and adults helping them to find confidence and happiness by teaching them hula hoop dance and circus skills.

She believes in all-access circus and fitness and wants to see her students helped and empowered by learning amazing skills in a fun way and discover their hula hooping super powers.
