Located in Carlisle, The Collective is situated on land belonging to the Whadjuk people of the Nyoongar nation. Our mission is to offer an inclusive space for anyone and everyone to enjoy. From coffee at our cafe frontage, to creative workshops and courses - all surrounded by a bustling creative small business market and studio space.

My husband and I took his mum to the terrarium making workshop with high tea for Mother’s Day and it was a fantastic experience! We made medium sized terrariums; all the supplies and plants were ready to go and it was beginner friendly. The end products from everyone looked great! To our pleasant surprise we got to enjoy high tea afterwards in a private room and our mum absolutely loved it. The spread was generous and delicious! The hosts were super friendly and the space that the workshop is hosted in is a great vibe (the workshop is part of a larger creative collective surrounded in lots of vintage goods so there’s plenty to look at after the workshop). Would definitely recommend this class :)

The kids terrarium workshop was fabulous. My daughter and her friend attended and had such a great experience. The teachers explained everything really well, so much so that they were finished early. The end products are amazing. Both girls are thrilled with their terrariums. Such a great work shop ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
