Hi, I’m Theresa!

I’m a mixed media artist and crafter. My passion is showing woman how creative activities like colouring, watercolour painting and art journaling can help to manage stress and anxiety to improve their mental health.

As a mum, I know how little time we make for ourselves especially when it comes to taking care of our mental health. My aim is to help you gain a better understanding of the importance of nurturing creativity and why your mental health matters.

The joy of art is in the process but if the process is labour intensive and overwhelming you might give up before you even got started. I have curated three very popular art activities and tweaked and simplified the tools and techniques to make the process quick and easy to complete in a short amount of time, relatively mess free yet satisfying enough for the passionate creative.

I am delighted to share these tried and tested techniques with you, so that you can enjoy your creative time and the benefits of it without adding extra stress and work to your already busy day.

Brilliant class. I learnt so much that I didn’t know how to do before. The teacher was so friendly and knowledgeable and gave me courage and confidence to just relax and try out everything she taught us. I can’t wait to go back and do another class

This is the second class of Theresa's I have attended. Theresa is a great teacher who explains everything fully and ensures everybody feels confident to proceed with their project. Fantastic colouring workshop, so much more that I had hoped for! Theresa is a fantastic teacher, patient with her explanations, enthusiastic about colouring and free with her extensive knowledge. I learnt so much about the different colouring pencils, paper and techniques to get the different textures and effects. Can’t wait to practise this life skill more. Highly recommend this course to anyone looking for a creative outlet.
