What you'll do
Experience the hype of the viral tufting trend at this hands-on North Adelaide workshop!
In just three hours, beginners are welcome to learn how to tuft their own 60cm x 60cm rug. The design is totally up to you, where you can draw freehand on your fabric or use a projector to trace the outline.
Then the fun begins! Your friendly teacher from Polisu Art will be there to guide you step by step through the process of using a tufting gun, as you punch your yarn in mesmeric lines and patterns throughout your piece.
Making your tufting work to rugs requires seriers process including gluing, attaching backing cloth, trimming, and shaving will usually take approximately two weeks after the class. In these processes, basic 1mm thick non-slip backing cloth, white glue, and basic shaving are included in the price, other upgrade options can be as purchased as optional content or added at the store.
Please note:
- Changing appointment time should before 24 hours before you come. There will be no refund for canceling or changing appointment time on the day of your appointment.
- 50% handling fee will be charged if you want to change or cancel your appointment. So please make sure the appointment day before you come.
- An additional $40 per hour will be charged for overtime worked in the store.
