Join Narelle for an engaging and restorative art wellbeing workshop designed to enhance mental resilience and workplace engagement through creative expression. You can choose from:
* A Wellbeing workshop
* A Painting workshop
* A Drawing workshop
All workshops begin with two quick, 10-minute art-based activities—simple yet effective techniques that can be easily incorporated into your daily routine to manage stress and overwhelm. These exercises require no special materials and can be done anywhere, whether at your desk, in the lunchroom, or outdoors in the fresh air.
Next, we slow things down and immerse ourselves in either 3-4 longer creative wellbeing experiences, a painting experience or a drawing experience. These activities encourage mindfulness, helping to quiet the mind and restore balance. No prior artistic skills or special materials are needed—just an openness to explore and create.
Whether you're looking to boost resilience, reduce stress, or simply reconnect with your creativity, these workshops offer a space for relaxation, self-expression, and rejuvenation.
What you'll get
All materials are provided, including an apron to wear during the session to keep your clothing clean.
At the conclusion of each workshop, you will be able to take home either an A5 drawing diary to continue your creative wellbeing journey beyond the workshop, or your canvas painting, or a framed drawing to hang at home as a reminder of your relaxing time at the workshop.

Creativity and wellbeing are my passions.
Supporting others to incorporate art into their lives as a way of combating anxiety and stress is something very important to me.
I have been an art teacher for more than 20 years, and for many years, staff wellbeing has been at the forefront of my thinking. My workshops allow individuals to explore art at their own level of expertise whilst demonstrating how simple art activities can assist in building resilience in the workplace.
