Creativity and wellbeing are my passions.Supporting others to incorporate art into their lives as a way of combating anxiety and stress is something very important to me.I have been an art teacher for more than 20 years, and for many years, staff wellbeing has been at the forefront of my thinking. My workshops allow individuals to explore art at their own level of expertise whilst demonstrating how simple art activities can assist in building resilience in the workplace.
