  • 5/5 from Anthony Dunbar, attended Aug 2026: The Chef was very good at explain to cook Japanese food. All the pupils were able to have a go at different stages of recipes of Japanese food. I was surprised how good the food tasted. I would try learn other foreign food recipes with Professor Cooking again.
  • 5/5 from Luc Adams, attended Jun 2026: it was fun i liked it. i think the price was a little high for me personally, but i was happy to give it a try.
  • 5/5 from Glen Blackwell, attended Jun 2026: Great fun, good instruction and yummy recipes
  • 4/5 from Geoff Warwick, attended May 2026: Kym was excellent. Thought maybe there were too many courses to prepare rather than having the opportunity to really understand how a couple of dishes were made.
  • 4/5 from Danielle Hill, attended Mar 2026: Kym was a great instructor. Food was yummy and a good variety. Learnt some new tricks. Highly recommend.
  • 3/5 from Meow Lan Lotus Ho, attended Dec 2025: I would like to give you some feedback. To be honest, the session felt quite rushed when watching how the teacher cooked with each group. As I am Deaf, I need more time to observe and process what is happening. I understand that lecturers often speak quickly, but having a bit more time to visualise each step would really help me. I really enjoyed the Japanese food, especially the mochi dessert. Thank you for letting me join the session.
  • 5/5 from Justine Cerna, attended Sep 2025: We thoroughly enjoyed this class. We appreciated the relaxed vibe and clear instructions. The lead chef was very knowledgeable and approachable too, which was nice. Really great!
  • 5/5 from Marsh Karen, attended Mar 2025: we really enjoyed the evening well organized and covered a lot of ground. Kym managed the 13 of us brilliantly. plenty of food as well thank you
  • 5/5 from George Grace, attended Jan 2025: Kym had a delightful manner, gave clear instructions and helped the class flow by keeping everyone busy and on task. I loved that we could see or help other people at a variety of tasks and felt like I was learning about all the recipes. I am hearing impaired but was able to follow instructions and understand what was expected.
  • 4/5 from Rama Dolman, attended Jan 2025: The okonomiyaki was best
  • 4/5 from Margaret Avery Carr, attended Jan 2025: It was fun and learnt a few things But hard for Kym to get to each group Tempura was disappointing maybe we over dipped!!! But maybe a little more demonstration would have worked
  • 5/5 from Alison Todd, attended Nov 2024: We had a wonderful relaxed evening. Kim was warm & welcoming. The food was simple & easy to make even in the large group
  • 4/5 from Sonja Bouwer, attended Nov 2024: This class was not as involved as some of the other cuisine classes offered at this venue, but is probably because the dishes are simpler. Overall I enjoyed the class, and the teacher was pleasant and knowledgable.
