We got exactly what we came for: how to make a great, everyday pasta dough, along with practical tips to ensure excellent results when cutting. We also incorporated some of his pre-made spinach pasta dough with our own, creating some pretty funky, fresh, multi-coloured tagliatelle. The whole group thoroughly enjoyed the class, as well as eating the delicious food we all created together. I’d highly recommend this as a fun night out or as a great gift idea.
