Graceful Resonance a Restorative Sound Bath Experience

Align your energy through sound, intention and stillness

2 hours Experience size 1 to 6 guests

$65 (Afterpay & PayPal Pay in 4 available)

Step into a softly held space where sound becomes a doorway inward, and stillness is something you can finally feel in your body.
Graceful Resonance is an immersive group sound bath experience designed to gently guide you back to balance through crystal singing bowls, personal intention, and quiet reflection.
Each participant is invited to choose a resonant frequency as crystal singing bowls are played and intuitively assigned to the energy centres of the body (1–7). This personal connection to sound helps anchor presence and deepen relaxation.
From here, we move into a reflective chakra card practice. You’ll be guided to select a card and take time to sit with its message, choosing one or two affirmations that feel meaningful for where you are right now. These are softly spoken inwardly, becoming personal anchors for your experience.
The journey then unfolds into a deeply restorative meditation, such as a forgiveness or heart-centred practice, while crystal singing bowls continue to weave sound through the space. Layers of tone support release, nervous system calming, and a gentle return to inner spaciousness.
This is not about doing. It is about receiving. Not about fixing. But remembering.
You will leave feeling more grounded, more open, and more in rhythm with yourself.
Perfect for:
Anyone seeking deep rest, emotional reset, energetic alignment, or simply a pause from the noise of daily life.
Come as you are. Leave resonating differently.

What is included in the session?
This experience includes a guided sound bath using crystal singing bowls, chakra card reflection with affirmations, and a gentle meditation practice (such as forgiveness or heart-centred meditation), all held within a deeply restorative space.
Will I need to participate or speak?
No. This is a quiet, inward experience. You will be guided throughout, but there is no expectation to speak or share unless you choose to.
Can I lie down for the session?
Yes. You will be invited to lie down comfortably for the duration of the sound bath and meditation. Everything is set up to support deep rest and relaxation.
What should I expect afterwards?
Many people feel calm, grounded, lighter, or emotionally clearer. It’s recommended to take your time afterwards and allow space for integration. Drinking water and resting is encouraged.
Is this suitable if I’m going through a stressful time?
Yes. Many people attend during times of stress, transition, or emotional heaviness. However, if you are experiencing significant mental health concerns, please ensure you have appropriate support alongside this experience.
What if I fall asleep or snore?
Yes, it is perfectly okay to fall asleep. Falling asleep is actually a clear sign that your nervous system is entering a profound state of rest. The vibrations will still positively impact your subconscious. If you snore, practitioners will often gently wake you so as not to disrupt others.
Is it normal to feel emotional or cry?
Yes. As sound clears out mental clutter, strong emotions or memories can rise to the surface. Experiencing a sudden wave of calm or releasing emotions through tears is a completely normal part of the process.
Are sound baths safe for everyone?
While highly accessible, there are a few precautions. You should consult a medical professional or inform your practitioner prior to the session if you: - Are in your first trimester of pregnancy. - Have certain forms of epilepsy that are triggered by sound or flashing lights. - Have severe mental health conditions or acute sound sensitivities
How often should I attend?
There is no set rule. Some people benefit from weekly or bi-weekly sessions for stress management, while others go once a month or whenever they need to reset.
What if I cannot lie on the floor?
All bodies are welcome here. You are invited to rest in whatever way feels most supportive—lying down, seated, or supported in a chair. The sound bath is experienced through presence, not posture, and you will still receive the full depth of the journey.

My Story
I didn’t come to crystal sound therapy through a business plan. I came to it through a longing.
For many years I was a seeker. I’ve always been deeply reflective, sensitive to energy, and fascinated by the inner world. Meditation became my daily anchor, especially during seasons of change and personal growth. But the pivotal moment came the first time I experienced crystal singing bowls in a small, intimate setting. Something inside me exhaled. Not just relaxed… recalibrated.
The sound didn’t just fill the room. It moved through me. It felt like my nervous system finally found its natural rhythm.
From that moment, I knew this wasn’t just something I enjoyed. It was something I was meant to offer.
I now facilitate crystal sound therapy experiences for women seeking replenishment, clarity and nervous system nourishment. My work gently weaves meditation, somatic awareness and energetic alignment. I’m especially passionate about supporting women in midlife who are rediscovering themselves beyond roles and responsibilities.
Why I Love Teaching
Teaching, for me, is witnessing transformation in real time.
There is something extraordinary about watching someone arrive carrying stress in their shoulders and leave softer, clearer, more connected to themselves. I love creating spaces where women feel safe enough to slow down. In a world that rewards urgency, I teach the art of returning.
When I teach, I’m not performing. I’m holding a field. I guide, I listen, I respond. Every group is different, and I adapt intuitively to what is needed in the moment.
Teaching allows me to share tools that people can take home with them. The breath practices. The grounding techniques. The awareness of energy in their own body. That’s what excites me. It’s not just an experience, it’s empowerment.
Something You Might Not Know
I’ve experienced déjà vu since childhood, and I’ve always felt there was more happening beneath the surface of everyday life. That sensitivity has become one of my greatest strengths as a facilitator. I’m attuned to subtle shifts in a room, to what’s spoken and what’s not.
I also love to dance and sing. Sound, in all its forms, has always been part of my life. Crystal bowls simply feel like the purest expression of that relationship.
And while my work is deeply spiritual, it’s also practical. I work with the nervous system, not just the mystical. When people understand why their body responds to sound the way it does, something clicks.
Experience & Qualifications
I am formally trained in Crystal Sound Therapy and am currently completing my Certificate IV in this field to deepen my professional practice and understanding.
I have facilitated:
  • Intimate studio-based sound healing experiences
  • Women’s wellbeing mornings and retreats
  • Small group events in the Blue Mountains
  • Energetic clearing and alignment sessions for homes and businesses
My sessions are intentionally small to preserve depth and personal connection. I value quality over volume.
Clients often describe my spaces as calm, grounded and deeply nourishing. I bring both intuition and structure to what I offer.
