Come and experience the rich, soulful flavours of the Philippines in an interactive and delicious Filipino Cooking Class.

Whether you’re reconnecting with your roots or discovering Filipino food for the first time, this class is a celebration of culture, tradition and community, shared through food.

Lumpiang Shanghai (Spring Rolls)
Pancit Bihon with Shrimp, Pork & Chicken (Filipino Noodle Stir-fry)
Chicken Adobo
Bagnet Pinakbet (Crispy fried Pork Belly)
Sinangag (Garlic Rice)
Dessert: Pinoy Leche Flan (creamy Caramel Custard)

This is a hands-on class where you’ll chop, stir, sizzle and taste your way through every recipe. Learn traditional techniques and the stories behind each dish. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned home cook, this class is for everyone.

Let’s cook, eat, laugh and celebrate Filipino food together.

In our unique hands-on learning environment, everyone is broken into small teams, and everyone makes a different dish under the guidance of the instructor.

Once the cooking is complete, you'll sit down at the end and share the food in a massive social feast.

We are fully BYO and do provide glassware if needed (for large groups we ask that you bring an Esky as fridge space is limited).

If you have special Dietary Requirements, please email The Cooking Professor before booking to discuss if we can cater for you in this Class.

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before the start time.

What to bring

We supply everything you need, including your ingredients, aprons and recipes.

Please wear flat, enclosed shoes and we recommend comfortable clothes.

All of The Cooking Professor classes are BYO (Water and glassware are provided).

Suitable for

This class is great for individuals and couples as well as for a date idea, team building activity, Christmas party, birthday or hens party.

Suitable for adults, and kids (minimum 14 years old).

Adult accompaniment is not required.

This experience would also be a unique gift for her, gift for mum or gift for couples.

Discover the joys of cooking in our fun, interactive learning environment at our culinary school in Perth! When you join one of our Cooking Classes, you join a small team and everyone focuses on making a different dish under the guidance of the instructor. After preparing your dish and learning some new recipes, you will all sit down to share the food in a massive feast!

Our Cooking Classes in Perth have you cooking for up to two hours in our open-plan kitchen and we keep our groups small so you get plenty of one-on-one time with the instructor to ask questions, learn tips and tricks, and of course meet new people! We also cater for groups with our Corporate and Private Events – just ask! Our experienced instructors ensure you have a fun time in your food class, regardless of your age or skill level.
