You've been curious about Reiki for a while… now it's time to experience it for yourself.
Whether you're looking for a meaningful self-care practice, a way to reduce stress, or simply want to learn Reiki in a supportive and professional environment, this two-day Reiki Level 1 workshop is the perfect place to begin.
At My Wellness Academy, we believe learning Reiki should never feel rushed.
That's why every workshop is intentionally limited to just four students. This boutique learning experience gives you plenty of time to ask questions, practise with confidence, and receive personalised guidance throughout the weekend.
You'll learn traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki in a calm, welcoming environment where you'll be encouraged every step of the way. No previous experience is required—just an open mind and a willingness to learn.
Over two full days, you'll:
  • Learn the history and philosophy of traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki.
  • Explore the Five Reiki Principles and how they can be applied in everyday life.
  • Understand how Reiki supports relaxation and overall wellbeing.
  • Receive your traditional Reiki Level 1 attunement.
  • Learn how to practise Reiki on yourself with confidence.
  • Discover how to safely share Reiki with family and friends.
  • Practise hand positions and complete Reiki treatments.
  • Develop confidence, ethics, and good practice as a Reiki practitioner.
  • Understand how to continue your Reiki journey after Level 1.

Meet Michelle – Founder of My Wellness Academy
Like many of my students, I didn't begin my journey into Reiki and crystal healing because I had all the answers.
I was simply curious.
Curious about whether these practices could make a genuine difference in everyday life.
More than a decade later, I'm still learning, still passionate about holistic wellbeing, and still honoured to help others begin their own journey.
I'm Michelle, founder of My Wellness Academy (MWA), an IICT Premier Training Provider offering accredited Reiki and Crystal Healing training in Perth.
Whether you're joining me for a traditional Reiki workshop or exploring the fascinating world of crystals, my goal is always the same—to create a welcoming, supportive environment where you can learn with confidence, ask questions freely, and develop practical skills you'll continue using long after the workshop has finished.
I believe these practices should feel accessible, grounded and easy to understand. You don't need previous experience, and you certainly don't need to consider yourself "spiritual." My workshops are designed for curious, open-minded people who want to learn in a relaxed, professional and supportive environment.
