What you'll do

Engaging in an Art workshop experience is a proven way to relax your mind, improve your mental well-being by reducing stress while also boosting your creativity.

Are your plant pots looking dull? Create endless blooms for your plants and a Pop of colour to your home with this fun workshop.

Join me in my home studio in Belair, Adelaide, where you'll have the opportunity to learn and create your own stunning pieces of fused glass art.

In this hands-on class, you will learn how to design and make your very own beautiful glass pieces to brighten up any plant pot indoor or out. They also make wonderful gifts!

Make a fused glass Flower stake or a Happy Face - the choice is yours

This is a fun and engaging two-hour workshop suitable for all, both adults and children 5 and above (5-10 years to be accompanied by a participating adult).

Please arrive at 11am for your class (or 1pm if booking the afternoon session) - the workshop will start shortly after when everyone has arrived.

There are some parking spots at my house or Ambrose street has plenty of spots and is only a 2min walk away from my studio.

During the class, you'll have the freedom to let your imagination run wild as you work with a wide array of my handmade glass beads, stringers, and noodles.

Perfect for beginners, I have over 25 years of experience working with glass, so you'll be in safe hands.

At the end of the class, you decide whether your unique pieces are suited to go in a pot or you can even add a hook for hanging. Your creations will then be kiln-fired and ready to collect the following week.

*You can also make extra pieces on the day - these are $65 each

She made helpful suggestions whilst still respecting the individuality of my design and colour choices. She demonstrated new techniques such as glass cutting and then supported me in having a go by myself. It was also interesting to see other creators work in the studio and I am inspired to go back again sometime. The studio is in the beautiful Adelaide hills and I enjoyed the scenic train ride to and from the city as well as a short walk in Belair national park. I strongly recommend this workshop to others.
