As a registered teacher based in Melbourne, Cristina prides herself in creating engaging and safe spaces for learning new skills. Her Taiwanese-inspired cooking classes bring together her desire to showcase her Taiwanese culture with others, and her love of good food, cooking and doing so in an environmentally conscious way. Cristina studied Food Nutrition and Health in Vancouver, where she grew up, and enjoys sharing her nutrition knowledge in all of her classes.
