Cultured Cheese School and Atze’s Corner Wines have you covered! Gather amongst the wine barrels of Atze’s cellar door for a relaxed fun morning learning the art of cheesemaking.

These are great workshops designed for beginners either looking to have a fun foodie experience or wanting to learn how to make cheese at home. Cultured Cheese School’s workshop, paired with a take-home cheesemaking kit will set you up with the confidence and skills to make cheese like Feta and Halloumi at home.

We will take care of the materials, all you need to bring is a willingness to learn and be ready to make your very own cheese. You will take home everything you make including the recipe and notes from the day.

We use Barossa’s 100% Jersey milk and during the three-hour workshop, Barossa coffee and cakes are on offer. When the workshop is finished enjoy a leisurely cheese platter and a tasting of Atze’s Corner Wines.

Your host Erin Jones, has been making cheese for over 17 years from her home to state of the art cheese factories across Australia, and is ready to share her expertise with you!

Erin was a fantastic teacher. Very knowledgeable, explained all the technicalities of cheese making in a clear way, had a really comfortable presence in the room. Timing of the class was perfect, equipment and supplies were top quality, venue was very good. Breaking the class up to include cheese and wine tasting during the waiting time was really enjoyable. I would highly recommend the course for solos, pairs and groups.
