Are you dying to learn the secrets to deliciously mouth-watering homemade Halloumi cheese? Join Cultured Cheese School’s fun cheese making workshop to learn all the best tips and tricks to creating your own Halloumi.

Throughout this hands-on cheese making class, you will be guided by experienced cheese-maker Erin. Not only will you learn the step-by-step process to create halloumi, but you’ll learn some of Erin’s special tips too. You also get to take home the recipe, so you can create your very own Halloumi at home.

At the end of the class, you’ll get the chance to nibble on a selection of cheeses, and even try out some of Atze Corner’s award-winning wine!

This is a fun experience for anyone looking to learn more about cheese-making or even just looking to upskill their culinary repertoire! This cheese making class is a relaxing and rewarding activity to do with friends or family.

Cultured Cheese School and Atze’s Corner Wines have you covered! Gather amongst the wine barrels of Atze’s cellar door for a relaxed fun morning learning the art of cheesemaking.

These are great workshops designed for beginners either looking to have a fun foodie experience or wanting to learn how to make cheese at home. Cultured Cheese School’s workshop, paired with a take-home cheesemaking kit will set you up with the confidence and skills to make cheese like Feta and Halloumi at home.

We will take care of the materials, all you need to bring is a willingness to learn and be ready to make your very own cheese. You will take home everything you make including the recipe and notes from the day.

We use Barossa’s 100% Jersey milk and during the three-hour workshop, Barossa coffee and cakes are on offer. When the workshop is finished enjoy a leisurely cheese platter and a tasting of Atze’s Corner Wines.

Your host Erin Jones, has been making cheese for over 17 years from her home to state of the art cheese factories across Australia, and is ready to share her expertise with you!
