Cultured Cheese Schools’ workshops are hands on, relaxed and designed for the beginner either looking to have a fun foodie experience or if you are wanting to learn how to make cheese at home.

We will take care of the materials, all you need to bring is a willingness to learn and be ready to make your very own cheese. You will take home everything you make including the recipe and notes from the day.

At the end of the class we will enjoy an around the world cheese plate and tasting of Atze's Corner award winning wines.

Classes are limited to 20 people per class and begin at 9:15am.

This class is great for individuals and couples as well as for a team building activity, birthday or hens party.

Suitable for adults, and kids (minimum 10 years old).

An adult must accompany any attending kids, and must pay for a separate ticket.

Cultured Cheese School and Atze’s Corner Wines have you covered! Gather amongst the wine barrels of Atze’s cellar door for a relaxed fun morning learning the art of cheesemaking.

These are great workshops designed for beginners either looking to have a fun foodie experience or wanting to learn how to make cheese at home. Cultured Cheese School’s workshop, paired with a take-home cheesemaking kit will set you up with the confidence and skills to make cheese like Feta and Halloumi at home.

We will take care of the materials, all you need to bring is a willingness to learn and be ready to make your very own cheese. You will take home everything you make including the recipe and notes from the day.

We use Barossa’s 100% Jersey milk and during the three-hour workshop, Barossa coffee and cakes are on offer. When the workshop is finished enjoy a leisurely cheese platter and a tasting of Atze’s Corner Wines.

Your host Erin Jones, has been making cheese for over 17 years from her home to state of the art cheese factories across Australia, and is ready to share her expertise with you!
