Monika has spent more than 15 years guiding and encouraging students on their journey to develop new skills as a science educator. She brings the same enthusiasm to her love of baking with sourdough cultures, making cheese and crafting - aiming to inspire and motivate others to build the confidence to do the same.

Monika caters to learners of all levels – from complete beginners who just want to give it a try to those looking to refine their skills. With small group sizes, she creates a relaxed and supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable and looked after.

She explains the techniques and the basic science involved in simple and understandable ways. Her hands-on classes give everyone plenty of opportunity to put skills into practice and ask questions.

Participants take home more than just a recipe –they build real confidence to successfully replicate and adapt techniques and recipes at home and continue their learning journey independently.
