In this step-by-step class perfect for beginners, you will learn how to combine flour and eggs to make a soft, silky dough by hand and roll it using a pasta machine.
During the class, you will make the most famous kind of egg pasta typical to the Emilia-Romagna region: tagliatelle and ravioli with ricotta and spinach.
Tagliatelle is a well-loved and well-known pasta. This pasta looks like long, flat ribbons similar in shape to fettuccine.
To accompany our pasta, we will make a delicious brown butter and sage sauce.
During the cook along class you will receive clear instructions from the teacher and together we will make enough pasta for dinner and some more to store in your freezer.
